Shipping Options and Cost
We offer Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS depending on where you’re located. Shipping costs start at around $15+ for residents of Canada and the USA, if you are outside of Canada and the USA it will start at about $25+. If you would like to receive your package faster there are more expensive options up to $125 that will result in faster delivery. Keep in mind that our pots are made to order so we require about a week before you will see your package shipped.
All planters are made to order and will require a week to create before you see a shipment notification. If you are located in Canada or the USA it will take about a week or two depending on unforeseen delays and shipping options. If you are located elsewhere you can expect shipping to take two to four weeks depending on where you’re located and the shipping option chosen.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. Contact us within 14 days, and have the item or items shipped within 30 days of delivery, or we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not have been planted in prior to the return or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item we can arrange for shipping that is paid for by the customer.
To return your product, contact us so that we are aware of the return and can assist with getting you a shipping label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
